MyGhanaonline.com provides web hosting, payment gateway and web design solutions and other additional services. MyGhanaonline.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer's access to any or all services provided when MyGhanaonline.com decides that the solution provided has been inappropriately used.

Our business is continually evolving and as such we reserve the right to change our Terms and Conditions when necessary. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure he is updated on our service terms.

Conditions for Account Suspension, Cancellation, Termination or Penalties


• Usage in illegal activities (fake websites replicas, scamming)
• Phishing Websites
• Pornography
• Email Spamming
• Security Treats due to bad coding and website vulnerabilities - we will suspend the account while we wait for you to amend your website security treats
• We level penalties depending on situation and based on our discretion

Refund Policy


• We offer a 30 day money back guarantee to customers who are not satisfied with our web hosting uptime. Server maintenance alerts and issues are not considered as downtime but as maintenance.
• We do not offer money back guarantee on domain name only orders and .com.gh orders.
• Refunds are not make to accounts terminated or cancelled due to illegal activities, pornography etc.

Domain Ownership and Renewal Policy


• Domain names are owned by customers. We do not own domain of customers and have no claim to them. However, when a domain name expires and we renew it in situations where the customer does not renew earlier, we have the right to hold on to domain or have customer pay late fees.
• All Ghana TLD registrations should have an accomponying autorisation letter as requested by the authorities. We have made not of this on our domain name order page.
• Domain and hosting have to be renewed before expiring date. Our hosting periods are usually one year or for what ever number of years the customer paid for on signup. We will send reminders, but it is the clients responsibility to have in mind his renewal date when he signed up and renew accordingly.
• Expired domain and hosting - when a hosting and domain has expired, we will allow one week grace period after which the account will be suspended and will be only unsuspended when payment is made. Complete termination of account will happen 3 weeks after suspension is done.
• Late renewals of domain attracts a fee.

Domain Transfer Policy


Domain names of clients can be forwarded or transfer to any destination of their choice upon request. An email should be sent to info@myghanaonline.com with the transfer request and we will process it. Domain transfer usually takes 4 - 5 working days depending on your destination registrar.
