Andani aslo serves as the Managing Director and Director of Stanbic Bank Ghana Limited and was brought on to the management of Hearts affairs because of his loaded record of financial acuity.

But in the time he has been around, the club has crashed out of the MTN FA Cup, and a place in the top four by the season's of the story is increasingly looking shaky due to disunity in the team.

The club's board chair, Togbe Afede XIV, has repeatedly had to deal with accusations of running the club as his personal property.

Andani wants followers of Hearts to focus on the bigger picture and keep their eyes on the prize.

"The decision was a unanimous decision by the board. All of us backed it. Those who say Togbe is running a one man show does not know the kind of person Togbe is."

"Everybody knows the might of a united Accra Hearts of Oak. If we stand united no club in this country can match us so I am not surprised some people are going around saying all kinds of things."
